1. FAQ Ordering

   1. How can I tell if an item is in stock?
      You can check the availability on an item from the drop-down menu on the item page. The inventory information is updated in real-time.

   2. If an item or size is out of stock, can you get more?
      If you see an item or size that is not in stock, we're happy to try to get it for you. Please email customercare@trendytogs.com or call 770-777-9171 and let us know.

   3. Can I order over the phone?
      If you still don't feel comfortable using the web, please feel free to call us directly at 770-777-9171 and you can place your order over the phone.

   4. What about Shipping Method & Charges?
      We offer a variety of methods for shipping; please refer to our Shipping page for detailed information about options and pricing.

   5. How can I track my Order?
      You check the status of your order at any time on the My Account page. If you've chosen a shipping method that allows tracking, you can access that information as well.

2. Pre-Orders

1. Do you offer Preorders?
   A pre-order is an order placed for merchandise that will ship at a future date. Once this order has been placed, the item(s) are removed from our available inventory. THE ENTIRE ORDER MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BROKEN UP AS IT ARRIVES THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EACH ORDER SHIPPED. THIS REQUEST MUST BE NOTED ON YOUR ORDER. Pre-ordered items are charged 50% when the order is placed, the remaining 50% is charged when the order is shipped. Any pre-order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Pre-orders may be returned for a size exchange or a full store credit, they are not refundable. We consider all pre-orders shipped within 30 days of scheduled delivery date to be on time.

3. Payment Information

   1. What payment methods can I use?
      Trendy Togs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Checkout and Discover as forms of payment for our boutique children's clothes. We do not accept checks, cash or COD's.

   2. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
      If you are a Georgia resident, we'll add 7% sales tax (sorry!). Otherwise, there is no sales tax.
